陈琦，女，1990年6月生，山东临沂人。2013至2020年于韩国全南大学相继获得硕士和博士学位。2021年6月入职广东海洋大学经济学院，承担的主要课程有：《政治经济学》、《劳动经济学》及《经济学文献选读》、《国际经济学专题》（研究生课程）等。入职以来，先后主持科研及教改项目共7项，其中，校级项目4项，中国高校产学研创新基金项目1项，湛江市哲学社会科学项目1项，广东高校青年创新人才类项目1项。现任湛江市青年联合会委员。

研究领域：对外直接投资，环境规制，制度经济等。
